Currently, brands must have a valid and subsisting registered trade mark to be eligible to join the Amazon Brand Registry. The trade mark must be a “standard character mark” i.e. a word mark, a device mark, or a combined illustration with words, numbers, or letters and the trade mark must match the brand name printed on products and/or packaging.
Please note, we currently only accept active word, device, or combined marks that have been issued by government patent and trademark offices in the United States, Canada, Mexico, India, Australia, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. The Amazon Brand Registry is not affiliated with any of these offices; please do not contact them for information about the Brand Registry. Updates to the Amazon Brand Registry eligibility criteria will be posted to this page.
