Tips for a successful Diwali

  • Boost up your sales by setting up promotions on Amazon. Promotions increase visibility of your products on the customer page. Click here to understand how to setup promotions
  • Check and update price and inventory for your products through your seller centralaccount.
  • Update shipping and handling time based on your inventory levels. Please click here to learn shipping and handling time settings.
  • Stock up sufficient quantity of good quality packaging material. 
  • Inform your logistics provider and set order pick up time slots with them in advance. Once orders are shipped, they must be tagged with tracking number. You can use the bulk upload option for shipping confirmation. Click on 'Confirm my Shipments' to know more about this feature.
  • Track your customer messages on the Buyer – Seller messaging tab at least two times a day. Click to learn more about Buyer-Seller Messaging tips.
  • Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours. You can sign-up for mobile notification to receive an SMS for all the messages received on Seller Central (Go to Settings - > Notification Preferences ->On the right side box, click Sign up - > Update your mobile number)
  • In case you are going for vacations, put an auto response mail to respond back by a particular date and do so as soon as you are back to avoid any claims. 
  • In case you wish to make your listings inactive during your absence, you can know more about it by clicking on the link to ‘Make your listings Inactive’. Remember to activate your listings when you are back by following the same procedure.

Be courteous in your correspondence with buyers and address any problems quickly and professionally. Follow up with the buyer in case he/ she gives a negative feedback and try to resolve his/ her issue.
