Inform your logistics provider and set order pick up time slots with them in advance. Once orders are shipped, they must be tagged with tracking number. You can use the bulk upload option for shipping confirmation. Click on 'Confirm my Shipments' to know more about this feature.

Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours. You can sign-up for mobile notification to receive an SMS for all the messages received on Seller Central (Go to Settings - > Notification Preferences ->On the right side box, click Sign up - > Update your mobile number)
In case you are going for vacations, put an auto response mail to respond back by a particular date and do so as soon as you are back to avoid any claims.

Be courteous in your correspondence with buyers and address any problems quickly and professionally. Follow up with the buyer in case he/ she gives a negative feedback and try to resolve his/ her issue.
