While I have encountered certain problems with Amazon, I just cannot deny the fact that Amazon India actually helped me realise my dream and set me in motion towards my entrepreneurial journey.

It was difficult for me to launch a brand, especially a skincare brand, all on my own while I had no connections with any offline distribution channels. Amazon was my first and last hope to make this dream come alive.

From launching a store in January, 2017 with just 3 products to closing in nearly 1 Crs approx in sales from Amazon India. This was not something I really thought would happen.

We also got negative reviews, that pushed us further to improve and that product quality. The buyer connect which we could build on Amazon was the key in our journey.
We focussed only on Amazon, and so our Product was available exclusively on Then came FBA, we opted for FBA just after Amazon launched a huge warehouse in Gurgaon (DEL2).
The warehousing, packaging and delivery was handled by Amazon and this enabled us to focus our resources and energy on Product Manufacturing and improvement. We added new range of Office
and Home Décor products apart from toys. I had dropped out after complete school, now I had time and opted in Open University degree course.
Amazon gave us steady income, we started recovering our investment in product development by the end of 2016.The financial stability and good amount of customer reviews and feedback enabled to scale –up our production and we shifted to a bigger manufacturing unit, equipped with the modern machinery in January 2017. We participated in North India’s Biggest Kids Toys Exhibition ToyBiz 2017 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, where again the buyer reviews on Amazon helped us win
the market trust.
We were getting queries from US through our Facebook page and Youtube, but it seemed a challenge to serve potential buyers in USA. So finally this year we were able to get on, with the help Amazon Global Team and Sachiin Gupta Sir, MFM Toys are now
available on FBA . For us journey has just begun, infinite opportunities and serving customers beyond boundaries. Journey with Amazon has taught us, What it means to be Customer Centric and bringing smile to buyers worldwide. This has been imbibed in the core philosophy of MFM Toys also.''

"Sliding through 2017 into 2018, we know that 2017 has been a tremendous year for us on Our online journey started back in 2008 with one of the oldest marketplace in the country. Let's not name it here.

We started co-functioning with Amazon in 2014 with over 100 products under seller fulfilled program. At the outset it was tough and it took time for us to understand the marketplace that Amazon witholds. But gradually Amazon provided us the platform for growth in the industry of E-Commerce. Opting for FBA services for our entire inventory in 2017 has substantiated to be of great help in begetting sales.
